1- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
2- You will receive a confirmation message once your order is ready for dispatch.

1- Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days (Cairo & Giza)
2- Other Governorates: 3–6 business days
3- Delivery fee is calculated at checkout and may vary by location.

Our courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, the order may be canceled.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
